Cottage Grove Development
Bloomfield, CT
Feasibility study for a mixed use complex, which included  200 to 250 apartments along with commercial and retail spaces consisting of a restaurant, bank, and retail stores located on lower levels

Two Pillars Housing Development
Hartford, CT

Feasibility study for a mixed use complex, located at the corner of Asylum and Trumbull streets, in the heart of the city.  Project included two 22-story apartment towers with  selection of one and two bedroom floor plans of 750 to 1450 S.F., retail spaces on two lower levels with parking garage underneath, two-story sports club at the corner, and re-configuration of the retail areas at the existing Civic Center arena.

World Trade Center Apartments
Gdynia, Poland

The new mixed use apartment complex, consisting of four buildings with 430 apartments, has been designed as mid and high-rise, (6 to 11 stories), buildings. The apartments were designed to have a unique layout with one, two, and three bedrooms. The architectural features were to include floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, oversized closets, parquet flooring, bright pass-though kitchens with granite countertops and in-home washer and dryers. The complex was to include separate restaurant, retail, and office buildings.

Southern Connecticut State University.

Stamford, CT
New Residence Hall & Parking. A Design/Build proposal for a new 365 residents - 110,515 S.F. Residence Hall, with 450 car parking garage and additional 188 car surface parking. Residence included four person “living suits”, double occupancy single rooms, and Residential Assistant suits. Each “living suite” of app. 871 S.F. included 4 single bedrooms with a common living room, two bathrooms, and closets. The double occupancy single rooms utilized corridor accessed public toilet/bath facility. Project also included 14 Resident Assistant rooms with private bath and 1 Resident Director apartment unit, Resident life offices, community-laundering facilities, computer technology room, common and study lounges and a vending machine area.
